Artful Furnishings and Custom Sculptural Objects
We create furniture that acts as a canvas. These objects are not meant to just sit in a room, they are designed to disrupt it and start conversations.
This video reveals the playful and interactive nature of the 'Kaleidochaos' swing. It shows how the modular backrests can be snapped on and off, allowing the user to customize the furniture to suit their mood and conversation.
The 'Lost in the Rhythm' installation is a freestanding sculpture celebrating music and dance. Composed of colorful, layered wooden figures of musicians and dancers, it's a piece designed to bring joy and movement into a room.

About this collection
Our 'Kaleidochaos' swing features modular backrests that snap into place, allowing you to change your seating orientation to suit the conversation. You are not just buying furniture here, you are getting an interactive piece of art that we build using Teakwood and durable automotive-grade finishes.
We believe art should not be a static object that hangs on a wall and gathers dust. It needs to live in the space, occupy it, and interact with the people who inhabit it. When we take on a project for functional art, we start by deconstructing the object itself. We ask, how can a swing do more than just swing? How can a room divider tell a story without blocking the view?
Take our Kaleidochaos swing, for instance. We used Teakwood for the frame and added modular backrests that you can snap into different positions. This allows you to configure your seating to face the room or a specific person, depending on who you are talking to. It turns a standard piece of furniture into an interactive element. We partnered with Paiwand Studio to incorporate textiles made from fabric waste, grounding our bold, high-contrast designs in sustainable, tactile reality.
We also explore the space between tradition and modern form with our HYBRIDS collection. By taking classic, hand-lacquered Channapatna toy elements and marrying them to abstract metal silhouettes, we create objects that hold tension and nostalgia at the same time. Whether we are welding Mild Steel for a structural partition or hand-painting wooden figures for a floor installation, our process remains the same: we start with a narrative, sketch the feeling, and then fabricate the reality. If you are looking to break the monotony of standard decor, we are here to help you build something that defies it.
House of Berserk
I am Priyanka, and at House of Berserk, we refuse to accept that furniture is just for utility. My team and I build pieces that serve as a focal point, turning standard chairs or swings into vibrant expressions of chaos and connection.
