Candid Portraits and Intimate Couple Moments
I don't believe in stiff posing. My lens is focused on catching the raw, quiet connection between you two against the dramatic backdrop of the mountains.

About this collection
I spend the first ten minutes of every shoot just letting you walk, talk, and forget I am even holding a camera. Most couples arrive feeling camera-shy, but once you start interacting with the landscape—whether it is the pine forests near Shimla or a quiet trail—the awkwardness disappears. That is when the real photos happen. My job is to recognize those small, unforced moments, not to direct you into a pose that feels artificial or uncomfortable.
People often worry about being photogenic or not knowing how to pose. My answer is simple: stop posing. I use a documentary approach to capture your relationship, focusing on the chemistry that exists naturally between you. We choose a location—perhaps a quiet forest trail in Mashobra or the heritage sites near the Viceregal Lodge—and just spend time there. You talk, you walk, you laugh, and I observe.
I rely on my Nikon Z9 gear to catch those fleeting expressions at high speed, even in low light, without needing to interrupt your flow. Whether it is a gentle touch, a shared joke, or just the way you look at each other when the wind catches your hair, those are the images you will actually want to frame. I prioritize natural light, often working during the golden hour to get that soft, warm glow that enhances the mountain mood.
If you are feeling nervous, bring along a prop or wear an outfit that makes you feel like yourself, not something you think looks good on camera. When you are comfortable, you are authentic. And when you are authentic, my job becomes easy. We are not making a movie; we are documenting a piece of your journey together.
