An exploration of timeless elegance through a monochromatic lens. We use ivory, champagne, and deep onyx to create pieces that define modern Indian fashion through structural integrity and refined texture.

About The Ivory & Onyx Collection

When you observe these pieces, look closely at the internal architecture—specifically the 10-14 boned corsetry. It is not just about the visual impact of the ivory or onyx palette, but the structural integrity that allows these drapes to hold their shape without manual adjustments. Every seam is reinforced to ensure the wearer feels both supported and fluid throughout the event.

Monochrome serves as a canvas for our design philosophy, where the lack of color draws immediate focus to the silhouette itself. In our Defence Colony atelier, we treat every garment as an architectural project. The Nexus ensemble demonstrates this balance, merging the fluid grace of satin with the sharp, unyielding structure of an asymmetric corset belt. We use Victorian-style boning within our bodices to provide a frame that does not rely on pins or heavy draping. Our champagne and ivory silk pieces take a softer approach, yet they retain the same technical rigor. We use hand-finished silk to create gowns that feel like heirlooms, shaped specifically to the wearer. Rather than relying on traditional, voluminous gathers, we prefer horsehair braids and layers of tulle to maintain a crisp, sculptural form. Whether you choose the intensity of onyx or the soft glow of ivory, the intent remains constant: to provide a fit that is precise, deliberate, and entirely your own. We invite you to visit our studio to experience these textures and discuss how we can adapt these forms for your upcoming milestones.

We translate the quiet power of monochrome into garments that hold their own form. Our atelier in Defence Colony is where tradition meets an architectural edge, turning ivory silks and stark onyx drapes into pieces that define a silhouette.
