Where the sounds get cooked up. I blend my Indian roots with global bass, jungle, and garage to create original tracks and bootlegs that move dancefloors.

Back in the studio after a month on the road, ready to work on new music. This is my creative space, where I experiment with different BPMs and blend global sounds with my own edits.

A portrait for the release of my track 'CQB'. This track is my take on 'UK sound meets global underground', a high-octane jungle and footwork tune with a spicy desi twist.

The official artwork for the 'Lush Lata Selects' compilation, which featured my track 'CQB'. It's an honour to be part of a release that showcases India's vibrant dance music scene.

The visualiser for my track 'CQB' from the 'Lush Lata Selects' compilation. This track features amen breaks, a heavy bassline, and a percussive footwork beat, representing my core sound.

My 'Basti Ka Hasti' remix, a low-fidelity flip that I just had to make. Sometimes the best edits come from just having fun and experimenting with iconic tracks from the Indian hip-hop scene.

The tracklist for my 'panch-foreign' mix. This set was a deep dive into Indian sounds in modern electronic music, featuring everyone from old-school vets to new-age producers.

The info card for my 'panch-foreign' mix. The name comes from the Indian five-spice blend, which felt appropriate for a mix that features experimental producers from India and the South Asian diaspora.

The graphic for my mix for Out of Order, titled 'Big Brown Beats'. This set was all about spicy cuts, from Jyoty's 'Taal se Taal' remix to my own unreleased jungle track 'CQB'.

The promo for my 'Big Brown Beats' mix on Out of Order. This was a chance to drop a sick desi fusion mix featuring my own productions alongside tracks from other amazing artists.

On the decks for Svara Radio. This mix was full of 4x4, funky, UKG, and bass, and I even tested out some upcoming edits and live blends, like my UK Funky edit of Dave's 'Verdansk'.

About In The Studio: Original Tracks & Remixes

My production process is all about the flip. Whether it is taking a classic Punjabi track or a Bollywood gem and warping it into a high-octane Jersey Club or UK Garage edit, I focus on heavy, percussive basslines that actually hit. I do not just loop beats; I create a custom sonic identity for every track so it fits perfectly into a warehouse set or a festival vibe.

When I am in the studio, the goal is simple: bridge the gap between Delhi’s street sounds and the global underground. You will hear amen breaks mixed with tabla samples, or amapiano rhythms underlying vocal chops from Indian hip-hop artists. It is about creating tracks that feel familiar yet completely new.

My 'CQB' release is a prime example of this—it is high-octane jungle and footwork with a spicy desi twist. I also enjoy the freedom of lo-fi remixes, where the aim is just raw fun and experimentation.

How We Can Work Together

If you are a brand, a festival, or a fellow artist looking for production, I approach it the same way. We look at the vibe you need—be it daytime funk, late-night industrial, or something specific for a campaign—and build a sonic palette around it.

  • What I produce: From club-ready dubs and exclusive bootlegs to original soundscaping for brands.
  • Genre flexibility: I handle UK Garage, Grime, Afrobeats, and Punjabi flips, tailoring the BPM and texture to your specific project.
  • Technical support: I handle the technical side to ensure the final product hits hard on any system, from club stacks to streaming platforms.

Let’s link up and see what kind of energy we can build.

I’m Kalbaisakhi, and I’m all about those cross-cultural sonics. Born in Delhi and shaped by the London underground, I make music that bridges the gap between those two worlds. When I’m not digging for rare samples, I’m in the studio pushing the limits of what a fusion track can sound like.
