From London basements to desert stages at Magnetic Fields, this is the energy I bring to the dancefloor. Here is a look at my work bridging global underground sounds with desi rhythms.

This is Junglebandi in full effect at Electric Brixton. Seeing my track CQB come to life with live dhol and tabla, bridging jungle music with our Punjabi roots, was a mad moment. This is the energy I live for.

Dropping some new edits at a Besharam party. These nights are all about authentic, high-energy desi vibes, mixing amapiano, hip-hop, and Punjabi bangers. The energy in this room was just next level.

Playing the 'Bass of Bengal' night for Keep Hush in London was a proper moment. Being on a platform like this, pushing the sounds of the diaspora, is what it's all about. Just pure UK bass and global underground energy.

A morning session at Voices Radio, captured with the fisheye. I love curating for radio, it's a different vibe. This set moved from disco and funk to amapiano and some UKG, a proper journey through the sounds I'm feeling.

A quick look into my journey. From learning tabla in Delhi to playing clubs in London, it's been a wild ride. It's all about connecting my Indian roots with the global underground sounds I love and building a community.

The vibe at the Ray-Ban stage during Magnetic Fields festival. Playing in the middle of the desert as the sun sets is a different kind of energy. Curating the sound for a space like this is a dream.

Things got sweaty at Pocket Radio. This was one for the books, playing alongside the desi crew and feeling the energy of the room. This is what a community-driven party feels like.

Back on home turf for the 'Back To Basics' India Tour. There's nothing like playing for the crowds in Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, and Hyderabad. This shot was taken just before the tour kicked off.

About Featured

I don't just show up and press play. For a club takeover, I spend the week before customising the edit list for the specific room, balancing the bass heavy UK Garage vibe with the specific regional taste of the crowd, whether it is Mumbai's night owls or a London warehouse.

When I started, I was just a kid in Delhi messing around with a tabla. Fast forward, and now I am taking those same rhythms and flipping them into heavy UK Garage, Amapiano, and Jungle tracks for stages like Boiler Room and Keep Hush. My approach to sound is not about fitting into a genre box. It is about building a story from the first track to the last.

Whether I am managing a festival stage or playing a basement club in London, I focus on the Junglebandi energy. That means live dhol and tabla elements hitting against raw, gritty basslines. It is designed to make people move, not just stand around and nod. I handle the entire sonic roadmap for events, from the warm-up tracks that set the mood to the peak-hour heavy hitters that shell the dancefloor. If you are tired of the same stale playlists and want an underground vibe that actually connects with a desi audience, we should talk. My studio work focuses on flipping Bollywood classics into club-ready edits, which I then road-test in my live sets. This ensures that when I play, the music is already proven to get the crowd going.

I am Vibhu, but you know me as Kalbaisakhi. I am just a kid from Delhi who fell in love with underground sounds and never looked back, now blending those global beats with the desi rhythms I grew up with.
