I craft authentic, non-gimmicky desi fusion sets that blend Punjabi and Bollywood classics with heavy UK bass and amapiano.

The crowd going wild to my 'Yeh Mera Dil' Bass Remix at a Besharam night. Taking a classic Bollywood track and giving it a heavy, dancefloor-ready flip is what my desi fusion sets are all about.

The poster for a Besharam night in Hyderabad. The branding is as important as the music, creating a whole vibe before you even step into the club. This one was all about that desi alcohol bottle aesthetic.

Woke up to see my tracks getting played in a Boiler Room set. Seeing my 'Lag Ja Gale' and 'Jine Mera 140' edits dropped by Gracie T in this high-energy environment was a huge moment.

Another angle from Gracie T's Boiler Room set. The energy of the crowd when a familiar desi sample drops in the middle of a heavy electronic set is unmatched.

My 'Jine Mera Dil Luteya' remix getting a spin from Gaia from Girls Don't Sync for DJ Mag. It's amazing to see a classic Punjabi track, reimagined with a speed garage twist, connect with audiences globally.

The official poster for my 'Back To Basics' India Tour. The artwork captures the vibe perfectly, a modern desi journey on a vinyl record. This is how I bring my global sound back home.

The energy behind the decks is always better with the crew. A shot from a packed night in Hyderabad, where the vibe was all about butt-moving Punjabi tunes and heavy bass.

The crowd makes the party. This was at a Midweek Riddim event, surrounded by friends and ravers, all connected by the music. This is the community I strive to build with my events.

A candid shot before a wicked dance session in Hyderabad. The goal is always to bring a mix of Punjabi, amapiano, dancehall, and bass-heavy edits to get the party moving.

A moment of chill during a Jawani4eva party. Even when taking a break, the energy of a proper Punjabi night in London is always in the air.

About Besharam & Beyond: The Desi Fusion Experience

When I curate a Besharam night, it is not about playing the radio hits you hear everywhere. I focus on the 'flip'—taking a classic Punjabi or Bollywood vocal and twisting it with UK Garage, Jungle, or Amapiano rhythms. My goal is to build a set that flows from the first beat, keeping the energy heavy but the vibe inclusive, whether we are in a basement in London or a club in Delhi.

My approach to 'Besharam' is about stripping away the commercial polish and keeping the grit. I grew up with tabla and Bollywood, but my sound was forged in the UK underground. When I put together a set, I look for that specific intersection where a 140bpm bassline meets a familiar Punjabi vocal sample.

It is a technical process: I do not just mix songs, I build custom bootlegs and dubs. You will hear everything from Grime and Bass to Afro-Indo rhythms. A successful event is not just about the music, it is about the 'shor' (noise) on the dancefloor. I curate lineups that tell a story, bringing in support acts who understand the vision, ensuring the night has a cohesive sonic identity from the warm-up to the peak-hour rave. Whether I am playing a club takeover or soundscaping a festival, the mission remains the same: bringing the diaspora and local communities together. If you want a sound that feels raw and hits hard, that is what I bring to the booth.
