About Our Global Classroom: Online Art Sessions
In my live Zoom sessions, we don't just follow a tutorial. I watch each child's process in real-time, offering verbal feedback on their technique—like grip, stroke, and composition—just as I would in a physical studio. You will need a stable internet connection and a device with a clear camera, but most importantly, just bring an open mind and a willingness to explore.
While the screen might be digital, the growth your child experiences is very real. I see art as a language for child development, and my online sessions are designed to cultivate what I call the 4 C's: Creativity, Critical Thinking, Communication, and Collaboration.
We skip the boring 'copy-paste' drawing drills. Instead, we use cognitive-centered modules like Mandala art to improve concentration, Zentangle for pattern repetition, and upside-down drawing to activate the right brain. Whether your child is in Mumbai, the US, or Canada, they are part of a diverse, supportive classroom where they learn to express themselves confidently.
The Logistics
- Platform: We meet live on Zoom, not pre-recorded videos. This allows for interactive show-and-tell moments where kids can share their stories and build public speaking confidence.
- Pricing & Batches: We offer monthly packages for 4 to 8 sessions. Small batches ensure I can provide individual attention to every student on screen.
- Material Requirements: To keep things accessible, we use a 'Bring Your Own' material model. I provide the curriculum, and you can easily source standard stationery like oil pastels, drawing files, and watercolors based on our monthly theme.
My goal is simple: helping kids build focus and manage stress through playful activity. When a child enjoys what they are doing, they naturally learn better, and the finished drawing is just a byproduct of that beautiful process.
