About Drawing, Painting & Crafting

I don't believe in just teaching kids how to color inside the lines. My sessions use drawing and painting as a way to practice focus and fine motor skills. If a child struggles with pen grip or maintaining attention, we use specific exercises like mandala art or upside-down drawing to gently correct their posture and help them calm down while they create. The goal is to build skills, not just make a perfect picture.

Art is my medium for child development. When a student enters my studio in Dombivli, or joins via Zoom from the US or Canada, they aren't just drawing—they are building the 4 C's: Creativity, Critical Thinking, Communication, and Collaboration. We move away from the pressure of 'perfect results' and instead prioritize the process.

We work with diverse materials, from watercolours and oil pastels to eco-friendly terracotta clay. Each material serves a purpose. Clay work, for instance, is excellent for spatial reasoning and patience. Meanwhile, our themed workshops for festivals like Diwali or Independence Day connect art to culture and storytelling.

Whether you choose our in-person sessions in Mumbai and Noida or join our global online classroom, the approach remains the same. My classes are structured to be small—6 to 10 children for offline batches—so I can observe each child’s behavioral cues and offer personalized guidance. If you are looking for an environment where your child can flourish beyond academics, let's connect.

I am Sharvari, an artist and child psychology counsellor. I started Kalarang Club because I believe kids bloom when they are allowed to just explore. Hum bachho se 'study karo' nahi bolte, yaha sirf maza aur seekhna hai.
