About Developmental Art Classes
Why We Do Art Differently
I don’t believe in just teaching kids how to draw or color. Art is an activity, not a chore. Hum bachho se 'study karo' nahi bolte, yaha activity hai, maza hai (We don’t say 'go study' here, it’s just fun activity). Kids open up and grow when they enjoy what they’re doing, and that’s what we aim for every session.
My Blend: Art, Therapy & Psychology
I’m a visual artist, certified children's art therapist, and child psychology counsellor. I mix art therapy for children with playful activities - so kids explore, express, and build confidence. The process matters more than a perfect picture. Our classes help kids flourish beyond academics.
The Real Skills: 4 C’s
- Creativity: Dreaming up new ideas
- Critical Thinking: Solving problems on their own
- Communication: Sharing feelings and stories
- Collaboration: Working and learning with friends
What We Do in Class
We make art with watercolors, oil pastels, and eco-friendly terracotta clay. Projects come from daily life, festivals like Diwali, and nature. Kids try Mandala art for focus, upside-down drawing for right brain activation, and loads of brain-boosting fun.
Growth Beyond Art
I see kids improve attention span, learn to manage stress, and trust their own ideas. Painting and clay work also sharpen fine motor skills. Each session is a step toward holistic child development.

My Story
Hi, we’re Kalarang Club. Art and psychology? For us, same journey. Kids come in shy, distracted – like Eva did. Humne focus-building art exercises kiye (We did focus-building art exercises) and watched her bloom. That’s why we’re here. Our students are from India, US, Canada – all exploring, making clay models, eco-friendly Ganeshas, sharing stories. It’s not just art, it’s confidence. Bas unhe explore karne do (Just let them explore), magic happens.
