Our Approach
At K9 Gurukul, I believe every dog can be a superstar at home and outside. I stick to positive reinforcement dog training, so it’s all about rewards, not punishments. Training is not just commands - it's building a real bond between you and your buddy. I’m not here just for the job, this is my life. Life with dogs, naale (you know).
What We Work On
- Basics like 'Heel', 'Sit', and staying calm even when there’s food lying around or other dogs passing by.
- Puppy socialization techniques for the tiniest members, including potty training and basic manners.
- Real-world obedience training sessions in parks, beaches, and busy places, so your dog listens no matter where you go.
- Impulse control exercises for dogs who get too excited or distracted.
- Little jobs around the house - fetching the paper or TV remote, just for fun.

I’ve trained dogs for show rings and movie sets - from Ooty Dog Shows to Kannada films like 'Naanu Matthu Gunda' and even Bollywood. So, I know how to bring out the best in your dog, whether you want a well-behaved pet or a future star.

My Story
At K9 Gurukul, we’re not just a dog training place, we’re a big family. Dogs, humans, all together – celebrating birthdays, Friendship Day, sometimes just because. Our Simba even became a movie star in 'Naanu Matthu Gunda 2' (yeah, he dubbed for himself!). But it’s not only about the spotlight. We run adoption drives, rescue streeties, and yes, we cry when our dogs leave us. This is our life with dogs – full circle, all heart.
