About Contemporary & Soulful Expressions

In my contemporary sessions, we don't just memorize choreography; we explore the lyrics and the rhythm to tell a story with our bodies. Whether we are working on floor transitions or fluid arm movements, the goal is to leave the studio feeling lighter and more connected to the music than when you walked in.
