Strength and Conditioning
Modern hockey demands explosive power and agility. Working with The Fit Squaddron, we integrate professional strength and conditioning sessions directly into our training modules. We use standardized testing, like the Yo-Yo Intermittent Recovery Test, to track progress objectively. This builds the physical foundation necessary to prevent injuries and dominate on the turf.

Our commitment extends to our players' lives outside the academy. Whether it is guidance on career paths, resume building, or personal hygiene workshops, we invest in the person.
