Planning a birthday shoot can feel like a big task with a toddler, but in my studio, we let the 'chaos' happen. Whether it is a cake smash or a themed setup, we schedule enough time so your little one can adjust to the studio lights without feeling rushed. We focus on capturing those messy, real, and joyful moments, not just the perfectly posed smiles.
Since 1975, my family has been capturing milestones right here in Bhandup West. A birthday shoot is not just about getting a picture for the wall; it is about keeping a record of how your child laughs, how they play, and even how they react to their first taste of cake.
When you book a birthday session, we go beyond simple studio portraits. We use creative themes like Candy Land, little Kanha setups, or a classic minimalist look, depending on what your child likes. For cake smash sessions, do not worry if your child makes a mess. That is actually the goal. We have all the props ready—miniature pianos, vintage scooters, and balloon decor—to keep them engaged and comfortable.
The session flow is designed to be stress-free. We start with portraits while they are fresh and happy, and then move to the cake or the themed setup once they are comfortable in the space. I keep the environment relaxed so they do not feel like they are being watched by a camera.
If you are planning a first or second birthday shoot, I recommend booking at least two weeks in advance, especially for weekends. We handle everything from the editing to the retouching, so you just have to show up and enjoy the time with your little one.
