A look inside my kitchen in Navi Mumbai where every sweet and catering dish is prepared using traditional techniques and pure ingredients.

Assembling my special 56 Bhog Mithai Box. I personally oversee the quality and packing. In this market, no one can match my price and my service. That is my promise.

The first step in making my famous laddoos. The boondi is fried in pure desi ghee until perfectly round and crispy, before being soaked in sugar syrup.

Watch the art of making Ghewar. The batter is poured from a height into hot ghee, creating the delicate, net-like texture that makes this sweet so unique.

Preparing a large batch of Moti Bundi Laddoos. After frying, the colourful boondi is mixed with nuts and syrup before being hand-rolled into perfect spheres.

Making fresh Imarti, a cousin of the jalebi. The batter is piped into hot ghee in a circular flower shape and fried until crisp, then soaked in syrup.

Quality check, the best way I know. A perfectly made Gulab Jamun should be soft, juicy, and delicious. I taste my own products to ensure they meet my high standards.

A glimpse of my catering setup at an event. I ensure a clean, professional, and inviting display, whether it's a small stall or a large buffet.

A busy day in my kitchen. Trays of freshly prepared sweets and savouries are ready to be packed for various catering and gifting orders.

A complete meal platter from one of my catering events. It includes a variety of breads, curries, sweets like Rasmalai and Kalakand, and salad, offering a full dining experience.

An offering of my finest sweets for a religious ceremony. Platters of laddoos, barfis, and other traditional mithai are prepared as prasad. Jai Shree Ram.

About Behind the Scenes: The Maharaj Way

You aren't seeing just photos of food, but the actual process behind my signature 56 Bhog boxes and event spreads. Every laddoo is hand-rolled in my kitchen, and every batch of Ghewar batter is poured by hand into hot desi ghee to get that perfect honeycomb texture. I taste-test every single batch to ensure the quality matches the promise I make to my clients.
