Our Custom Metal Fabrication Process
I believe in showing exactly how your structure comes to life. From precise welding to the final protective coating, every step is deliberate to ensure your metalwork stays strong and rust-free for years.
The final step in many of my projects is a premium finish, as shown in this frame painting clip. My expert craftsmanship ensures a smooth, even coat that not only looks great but also protects the metalwork for years to come.
About Our Fabrication Process
Before any project leaves my workshop, I ensure the structural joints are ground flush and the anti-corrosion primer is applied evenly. You won't find sloppy welding beads or jagged edges here. I focus on these mechanical details because a structure is only as reliable as its weakest joint, and I build mine to withstand Karnataka’s climate.
How We Build
Quality metal fabrication isn't just about welding two pieces of steel together. It is about anticipating how the metal will react to the environment over time.
1. Design and 3D Preview Before we cut any material, we sit down to understand your space. Whether you need a pergola for a terrace or a security gate for a driveway, I provide a 3D design preview. This ensures you know exactly how the structure will look and function before we start work.
2. Precision Welding and Grinding This is where most people cut corners. My team uses deep penetration arc welding to ensure joints are rigid and strong. Crucially, we don't leave welding slag or jagged protrusions. Every joint is ground down to a flush finish. This doesn't just look better; it prevents water from pooling in the seams, which is the primary cause of rust.
3. Anti-Corrosion Treatment In our climate, rust is the enemy. Every piece of mild steel we use undergoes a rigorous pre-treatment. We strip off mill scale, apply a heavy coat of red oxide metal primer, and finish with two coats of synthetic enamel paint. We don't skip the priming phase—it is the barrier that protects your investment.
4. Installation Standards When we install, we anchor into masonry using high-grade metal fasteners, not just cement. Whether it is a window grill, a safety gate, or a polycarbonate roof, we ensure the fit is tight. We seal edges to prevent dust and water seepage. You get a installation that is secure, stable, and built to last.
