We do not just run laps. Every session here is designed to improve your reaction time and explosive power, which is why you see my players moving faster with the ball than their opponents. Speed is non-negotiable. Whether you are aiming for school-level tournaments or looking to compete at a higher level, the game is won by the player who recovers fastest and reacts quickest. At our Paschim Vihar facility, we replicate the pressure of a real match through every repetition.
Our Conditioning Approach
- Explosive Power: We use hurdles and ladder drills to build the leg strength required for sprinting and sudden changes of direction.
- Tactical Stamina: You will run with the ball even when you are tired. This builds the muscle memory necessary to make the right decision in the final minutes of a match when others are fading.
- Surface Adaptation: We train on artificial turf for precision speed and on natural ground when you need to get gritty. You need to be comfortable performing on both.
