This fitness drill is designed to build explosive speed and stamina. It involves a combination of sprinting and ball work to simulate match conditions.
How fast can you go? This agility drill uses cones to create a path for quick changes of direction, improving a player's speed and reaction time.

About Peak Fitness & Agility
We do not just run laps. My training treats the pitch like a lab, using agility ladders, hurdle drills, and plyometric jumps to simulate real match conditions. Whether it is Dilli's winter fog or summer heat, we keep the intensity high because match-winning fitness is not built on a treadmill, it is built on the turf.
Great footballers are not just born, they are trained. My fitness sessions focus on turning you into the fittest player on the field, capable of maintaining high intensity for the full 90 minutes.
We start with the basics of biomechanics. Whether you are a striker needing explosive bursts or a defender requiring lateral agility, I tailor the drills to your position. We use specific equipment like agility ladders, hurdles, and cones to force your body to adapt to quick direction changes and rapid acceleration.
What makes our fitness program different is the real-world application. We train in all weather—Dilli's notorious fog, scorching heat, or a drizzle. By training through these conditions, you build the mental toughness required to thrive in a real match.
I offer three main ways to train:
- Individual Focus: One-on-one sessions where I break down your movement, correct your running form, and ensure your core strength supports your ball control.
- Academy Setup: Join the group sessions at our Vinay Marg or Dwarka centers. Here, the energy of the #DYFAfamily pushes everyone to work harder. The competitive environment drives you to sprint faster and jump higher.
- At-Home Coaching: If you have a lawn or society park, I bring the gear to you. We focus on technique-based drills that require less space but high precision.
Every session ends with feedback. You will know exactly what you did well and what needs more work. Stop guessing your progress and start building a body that can handle the beautiful game.
