Civil & Structure
- False Ceiling: Gypsum board ceiling (Saint-Gobain/Gyproc) with cove lighting provisions.
- Flooring: Installation of standard 2x2 vitrified tiles with skirting.
- Partitions: Aluminum framed glass or gypsum partitions for cabins and meeting rooms.
Finishes & Electrical
- Wall Finish: Double coat putty, primer, and premium emulsion paint (Asian Paints/Berger).
- Electricals: Internal wiring, Anchor/Legrand switchboards, and LED panel light installation.

Desk Construction
- Material: Site-fabricated 18mm plywood tables with 1mm laminate finish.
- Configs: Linear or L-shape layouts with keyboard trays and cable grommets.

- Chair: Mid-back ergonomic mesh chair with hydraulic adjustment and nylon castors.

- Soft-close hinges and telescopic channels (Ebco/Hettich compatible).

Artistic Execution
- Material: Custom mix of POP, white cement, and bonding agents on wire mesh.
- Process: Hand-sculpted on-site (motifs like Buddha, Floral, or Abstract).
- Finish: Sanded smooth and finished with emulsion or metallic Gold/Copper accents.

- Lighting: Installation of directional COB spot lights to enhance depth and shadows.

We’re iS Interior Design Studio, based in Mangalore but you’ll find us working in Hyderabad and Bangalore too.
