Turnkey Interior Design & Execution

Scope of Work

Design Phase: 2D Layout planning and 3D visualization concepts.
Civil & False Ceiling: Gypsum false ceiling (Saint Gobain/Gyproc) with cove design, basic civil changes/tiling, and premium plastic emulsion painting (Asian Paints) with putty and primer.
Woodwork: Custom fabrication of fixed furniture (Kitchen, Wardrobes, TV Units) using 18mm IS 710/303 grade Plywood.
Finishes: Options range from standard 1mm matte laminates to High-Gloss Acrylics and PU-coated veneers.
Electrical & Lighting: Wiring changes, point installation, and branded fixtures (profile lights, COB spotlights, strip LEDs).
Project Management: Site supervision, material procurement, and post-work cleaning.

Living Area & Entertainment Setup

Centerpiece & Joinery

TV Unit: Large (6-8ft) custom unit with base storage drawers. Backdrop features marble-finish laminate or PVC UV sheets with PVD Gold metal strip accents.
Partition: Decorative divider unit using CNC Jaali, wooden rafters, or rope designs to separate living and dining areas.
Shoe Console: Functional shoe storage unit with seating bench or display ledge.

Ambience

Ceiling: False ceiling design for the entire living/dining area with provision for chandeliers and strip lights.
Wall Treatment: Paneling for the TV wall; premium emulsion paint for remaining walls.

L/U-Shaped Acrylic Modular Kitchen

Cabinetry & Structure

Layout: L-shaped or U-shaped configuration suitable for standard apartments (approx. 100-120 sq. ft.).
Material: Water-resistant BWP (Boiling Water Proof) Marine Grade Plywood for carcass and shutters.
Finish: High-Gloss Acrylic sheets (1.5mm scratch-resistant) in solid colors or pastels.
Countertop: Standard Granite slab (Jet Black or similar) with molding and installation.

Hardware & Accessories

Mechanism: Soft-close hinges and drawer channels (Hettich / Ebco).
Storage: Cutlery organizer, plate thalis, and bottle pull-outs.
Basics: Stainless steel sink (single bowl with drainboard) and faucet installation.

Master Bedroom Furnishing Package

Furniture & Storage

Wardrobe: Floor-to-ceiling (up to 8ft) sliding wardrobe with loft storage, finished in high-gloss laminate or acrylic.
Bed: Hydraulic Queen or King size Plywood bed frame with custom upholstered headboard (tufted fabric or leatherette).
Dressing Unit: Integrated dressing mirror with storage or separate console.

Decor & Civil

False Ceiling: Designer Gypsum false ceiling with peripheral cove lighting layout.
Accent Wall: Bed-back wall paneling using laminate, louvers, or wallpaper.
Electrical: Shifting of switch points to align with the new headboard and wardrobe layout.

CNC Backlit Pooja Mandir

Structure & Design

Body: Plywood structure finished with Teak-wood laminate or Veneer.
Backdrop: Intricate CNC-cut Jaali (lattice work) panel made of MDF or WPC.
Lighting: Warm white LED backlighting behind the Jaali to highlight spiritual motifs.

Functional Elements

Base: Granite or marble top counter (oil/heat resistant) for idols and lamps.
Storage: Soft-close drawers and cabinets below the counter for puja samagri.
Accessories: Provisions for hanging bells or brass accents.

Bedrooms (adults & kids): Custom beds, wardrobes, study tables, cozy corners. I do luxury bedroom interiors India style, but also keep it practical.
Kitchens: Smart layouts, modular kitchen design ideas, stylish and easy to use
Pooja corners: Traditional, peaceful pooja room designs for apartments or bigger homes

Details Matter

Lighting: I love playing with profile lights, chandeliers, and cove lighting to get the right vibe
Materials: I use everything from teak and marble to glossy laminates. Quality is non-negotiable for me.
Furniture: Custom furniture for small spaces or big, all made as per your home's needs

My Story

We’re iS Interior Design Studio, based in Mangalore but you’ll find us working in Hyderabad and Bangalore too. Started this whole thing because, honestly, a home should feel like you, not a catalogue. Like that time we did a memory room for Anchor Anushree, all Appu sir vibes – super special. We love adding those small touches, like a family tree mural or a pooja corner. That’s what makes a house feel like your own.
