You will mostly find Dev Narayan Yadav, our head of boarding, in the garden with the dogs or checking on the cats. With 14 years of hands-on experience, Dev has a knack for calming anxious pets and handling multi-dog groups with a gentle touch. He knows that every pet has a specific routine, and he makes sure your dog or cat sticks to theirs so they feel secure while you are away.
Our team is built on a shared philosophy: pets are not just animals, they are family. When Vizal Atheya founded PetSpot, the goal was simple—create an environment where a pet feels as comfortable as they do in their own living room. That is why we moved away from clinical, cold kennels. Instead, we focused on building a team of caregivers who prioritize connection over supervision.
Whether it is Narain giving a reassuring cuddle to a shy cat or our team handling the complex paperwork for a long-distance relocation to Belgium, every action is guided by genuine affection.
