Preparing for the Journey
Before any travel, we recommend a period of crate acclimation. Whether your pet is flying as manifest cargo or in-cabin, they need to feel secure in their kennel. We use our boarding facility in DLF Phase 4, Gurugram, to help pets get used to the crate, managing their hydration and diet routines to match what they will experience during transit.

For larger dogs, we ensure manifest cargo travel is managed with full awareness of airline-specific crate requirements and thermal comfort regulations.
