The journey starts here. This video shows one of our youngest students, just two years old, confidently exploring the Mallakhamb pole. Our training for toddlers focuses on playful movement and building basic grip strength in a completely safe and encouraging environment.
We provide hands on guidance for every student. An instructor is seen here assisting a young learner with a balance exercise on a padded prop, ensuring proper form and safety from their very first day. Our approach is centered on building a strong and secure foundation.

When you start Mallakhamb, we do not just point you to the pole. We teach the specific Malla grip to ensure wrist safety and use castor oil on the seasoned teak wood to minimize friction burns, while our instructors provide hands-on spotting throughout every climb.
Mallakhamb is a dynamic mix of gymnastics, yoga, and martial arts. Whether you are training for the focused strength required for traditional pole poses or looking to combine them with Bollywood dance for a fitness twist, we provide the environment to do it safely. Our air-conditioned studios are equipped with 8 to 10-inch thick high-density crash mats, and we intentionally keep batch sizes small, capped at 10 to 15 students, so everyone gets focused, turn-by-turn attention on the apparatus.
We cater to all levels of experience. For our youngest members, we focus on playful grip development and simple mounts. For adults, our curriculum progresses from basic toe drills to advanced balancing poses like Padmasana. Beyond Mallakhamb, our studio serves as a hub for dance, gymnastics, and aerial arts.
