About Mallakhamb Training
What Makes Mallakhamb Special Here
Mallakhamb is not your regular workout. It's a mix of gymnastics, yoga, and martial arts, all on a wooden pole. I see people surprised at how much fun it is, even if they’ve never tried anything like it before. You get strong, flexible, and learn to focus - but honestly, sometimes you’ll slip or struggle, and that’s just part of the journey.
Who Can Join
I train everyone from tiny tots (2 years and up) to adults. For kids, we keep it playful - think holding the pole, building grip, and simple moves. Beginners get a solid base, and if you’re already into Mallakhamb, we push for advanced poses and tricks. Kids Mallakhamb classes are my main focus, but anyone can jump in.
Our Twist - Dance Fusion
We don’t stick to just the basics. I mix traditional Mallakhamb with dance, so you get Mallakhamb dance fusion sessions. It’s expressive, sometimes messy, but always creative.
Safety & Support
Safety is a big deal for me. We use proper Mallakhamb poles, thick mats, and I’m always around to guide you. Sometimes bruises happen, but we keep things as safe as possible.
Community Vibes
You’ll find a mix of people here - some shy, some loud, all supportive. It’s not just a class, it’s a group that cheers each other on. If you want to try Mallakhamb pole fitness or just see what it’s about, you’ll fit right in.
