Who Can Join?
Honestly, anyone. If you’re new, I’ll walk you through the basics and help you build up strength. If you already know your way around the silks or hoop, you’ll get space to practice and push your skills. No need to be super fit or flexible to start - just bring your curiosity.
What’s On Offer?
- Aerial Silk classes: Learn to climb, wrap, and pose on fabric. It’s tough, but the feeling is unreal.
- Aerial Hoop training: Try dynamic moves and shapes on the Lyra. Great for core and upper body.
- Aerial Yoga for beginners: Mix yoga and dance with the hammock. It’s relaxing, helps you stretch, and feels pretty cool.
The Real Deal
You’ll get stronger, sure, but it’s also about having fun and finding your flow. Sometimes it’s hard, sometimes you’ll slip, but that’s part of the journey. The studio in Gorai (plus Kandivali, Malad, Thane) is safe, with crash mats and pro gear. I want you to feel comfortable and confident, even if you’re nervous at first.
