Holding a trophy is a great feeling, but the real victory is seeing my players grow. As a coach, my commitment is to instill discipline, teamwork, and a love for the game.

As the great John Wooden said, "A great coach can change a life." This is the philosophy I live by. My goal is not just to teach basketball, but to build character.

My message is simple: "Khelge toh badhoge!" In this interview, I talk about the importance of sports for youth development and my mission to provide opportunities for all kids, especially the underprivileged.
