As the great John Wooden said, "A great coach can change a life." This is the philosophy I live by. My goal is not just to teach basketball, but to build character.
My message is simple: "Khelge toh badhoge!" In this interview, I talk about the importance of sports for youth development and my mission to provide opportunities for all kids, especially the underprivileged.

When you train here, you aren't just getting one coach; you're accessing a unified panel of Jr. NBA and SAI NIS certified experts. Our team doesn't just stand on the sidelines giving instructions—they get into the drill with you, whether that means breaking down your shooting mechanics in slow motion or correcting your footwork under pressure. We rotate our coaches across all age groups so that every student gets a fresh technical perspective on their game.
Our Coaching Philosophy
At IB Sports Academy, we believe coaching is about mentorship, not just instruction. Our team is led by founder Ishwar Bhati, recent recipient of the Dr. Ajmer Singh Award for excellence in physical education. But we know that one perspective is rarely enough. That is why we have built a diverse team of Jr. NBA and SAI NIS certified coaches, including experts like Coach Bhim Singh, who brings over 12 years of experience in shooting mechanics and dribbling drills.
