Before we pick up a brush, I sit down with you to review your mood board, fabric textures, and lighting setup. This ensures the graphic shapes or bold colors we choose do not just look good in the chair, but actually translate into the specific visual impact you need for your editorial spread or campaign.

Conceptual makeup is rarely about following a standard routine. It is about understanding the narrative behind the shoot and using tools like graphic liners, specific pigment textures, and unconventional color placements to bring that story to life. Whether we are aiming for a high-fashion look with architectural hair or an avant-garde concept that requires skin painting, my focus remains on the integrity of the vision under studio lights.

My Process

• Design Consultation: Every project starts by aligning the makeup texture and color palette with your creative brief. We discuss the neckline of the garments and the specific lighting environment to ensure the makeup complements the wardrobe.
• Luxury Prep: For artistic looks, skin preparation is the foundation. I use premium skincare brands to achieve the specific texture required, whether that means high-shine 'glass skin' or a completely matte, velvet finish.
• Precision & Artistry: My work covers complex techniques like graphic eyeliner, glitter placement, and face painting. I also assist with garment pinning to ensure the overall silhouette looks intentional and polished.

Studio Support

If you have a complex shoot, I am comfortable leading the team and collaborating with photographers to hit your deadlines. I bring a full kit of professional products, including high-end brands like MAC and Bobbi Brown, ensuring the look is not only camera-ready but also long-wearing throughout the shoot day. I work primarily in Mumbai but am available to travel for assignments across India.
