About this collection
Our personal training sessions are built on physics and discipline, not guessing games. If you train with us, your coach will watch your bar path, check your engagement, and correct your form before you move up in weight. You get 12 sessions a month, bi-weekly body composition tracking, and a nutrition plan that actually fits your desi home-cooked diet rather than forcing expensive, unrealistic ingredients on you.
How We Train
Forget cookie-cutter workouts. Our training is based on progressive overload. If you are struggling to hit a PR or keep stalling on your bench press, we fix the foundation first.
- The Assessment: We start by looking at how you move. If you have tight hips from sitting at a desk or shoulder impingements, we work on mobility before putting a barbell on your back.
- Coaching Styles:
- Coach Arun: Focused on bodybuilding and contest prep. He is all about hypertrophy and diet protocols.
- Coach Surender: Our powerlifting expert. If you want to squat heavy and master the big three lifts, he is your guide.
- Coach Tushar: Specializes in rehab, postpartum, and PCOD fitness. He prioritizes stabilizer muscles and safe, controlled loading over ego lifting.
The Nutrition Gap
Most people fail because they can't stick to a diet plan. We do not give you generic keto or restrictive charts. We fix your daily macro intake, adjusting for the food you already eat at home. It is about sustainable habits, not a 30-day crash diet.
