About A Peek Into My Kitchen

When you place an order, my kitchen starts from scratch. I do not pull boxes off a shelf. Every batch of laddus is roasted in pure desi ghee and rolled by hand only after you confirm your order. This is exactly why my sweets have a 30-day shelf life instead of six months—it is all about using honest, organic ingredients with zero preservatives, ensuring you receive food that is truly fresh.

From My Kitchen to Your Door

I believe you deserve to know what goes into the food you eat. Too often, store-bought sweets are loaded with hidden preservatives to extend their shelf life to half a year, but that is not the way I cook. In my kitchen, we prioritize freshness and health over mass production.

The Process

Everything you see here is made to order. When you select a box, I begin the process by roasting high-quality flours—like whole wheat, ragi, or jowar—in pure desi cow ghee. Once the aroma is right, I mix in organic jaggery, never refined sugar. Then come the nuts, seeds, and dry fruits. Each laddu is measured and rolled by hand so that every single piece is consistent in size and texture.

Hygiene and Care

I take hygiene very seriously. In my kitchen, gloves and hairnets are a standard. After rolling, the laddus are placed in individual cavity trays, which keeps them from breaking during transit and maintains their shape. We then seal them in labels that list exactly what is inside, and ship them out promptly. Whether you are in India or one of the 15 countries I ship to, the goal is to make sure you get the same quality I would serve to my own family.

Why the Wait?

Because I make everything in small, fresh batches, there might be a short waiting time. I do not rush the roasting or the preparation because 'itminaan se banaya hai' (made with patience).
