This timeline shares my journey, from starting as Richa's Platter in 2019 to rebranding as Humble Flavors. It marks key milestones like my first international order, completing 10,000+ orders, and starting to sell online.

This is my core promise to every customer. Everything is prepared at my home, made with love, using quality ingredients, and always fresh on order. This is the standard I hold myself to with every laddu I make.

Giving back is a core part of my mission. I contribute 5% of my revenue to GOONJ, specifically supporting their welfare programs for women and girls. When you order from me, you are also helping spread a little goodness.
I was invited to Poddar School to share my journey of following my passion for food. It was a heartwarming experience to interact with the kids and share my story. It’s moments like these that make the journey so rewarding.

About Our Story & Promise
Unlike mass-produced sweets, nothing at my kitchen is pre-made. When you place an order, I start with fresh ingredients—roasting the flour and nuts, then hand-rolling each laddu. This means there is a short lead time of 2-4 days, but it guarantees that you receive something truly fresh, not something that has been sitting on a shelf for months.
The Humble Flavors Journey
What started in 2019 as 'Richa’s Platter' in my own kitchen has grown into Humble Flavors, a journey that has reached 15 countries. I transitioned from a corporate career because I wanted to reclaim what 'real' food tastes like. I realized that the sweets we find in stores often rely on refined sugar and preservatives to stay on shelves for months, a compromise I was not willing to make.
My Commitment to Ingredients
Everything I make follows a strict standard:
- Zero Refined Sugar: I exclusively use organic jaggery or natural sweetness like dates and monk fruit.
- Pure Fat: I use only branded, pure Desi Cow Ghee. No palm oil, no vanaspati.
- Small Batches: I roast and roll every batch after you order. This isn't just about taste; it is about knowing exactly what goes into the food your family eats.
Making a Difference
It is not just about sweets. A core part of my mission is giving back. I am proud to contribute 5% of my revenue to Goonj, supporting their welfare programs for women and girls. When you choose to order from Humble Flavors, you are also helping spread goodness further.
