Most teams apply edge banding manually, but we machine-press ours using PUR/EVA glue for a finish that actually lasts. It is the difference between a cabinet that peels in a year and one that stays crisp. We handle the site headaches, but our workshop is where we obsess over the details you touch every day.
We run our own workshop in Bengaluru because we learned the hard way that you cannot control quality from a phone call. Our team uses calibrated BWP (Boiling Water Proof) plywood for every structural frame. Whether it is a wardrobe or a kitchen, we use machine-pressed edge banding with PUR glue for seamless, water-resistant joints that do not peel after a monsoon. For hardware, we stick to Hettich or Hafele soft-close mechanisms. We do not believe in a 'chalta hai' (it works) attitude. If it is a fluted panel or a cane insert, our architects check the CAD files before we even cut the board. It is about getting the measurements right so your drawers glide and your shutters align perfectly. We manage the mess, the site dust, and the last-minute panic calls, delivering a finished product that matches the drawings.
