About this collection
Most architects struggle with contractors who vanish mid-project. That is why we stopped relying on outsiders and built our own squad. Every person you see here, from our site managers to our shop-floor craftsmen, is part of an in-house team that actually speaks our design language.
When we started, our biggest headache was the ghosting contractor. You have probably been there, where the site stops moving, phone calls go unanswered, and your timeline goes out the window. We got tired of it, so we brought the execution in-house.
Our team is not just labor. They are trained by us to understand why a joint needs to be flush or why a specific laminate requires a certain type of glue. Because we are architects first, our production team gets it. We do not just hand over a drawing and hope for the best. We sit with the team, fix the shop drawings, and troubleshoot the 'Kaam kab khatam hoga?' panic before it even hits your ears.
From our production head Ibrahim managing the site hurdles to the senior architects keeping the design vision intact, we work as a collective. We are fueled by bad puns, good coffee, and the satisfaction of seeing a project cross the finish line without the typical construction drama.
