How Our Factory-Direct Process Works
Many interior services simply act as middle-men, outsourcing your furniture production to distant vendors. We do things differently. By keeping production in-house at our Bangalore facility, we ensure that the quality we promise is the quality you receive.
Precision Through Technology We use CNC machinery to cut panels, which allows for intricate jali work, exact geometric grooves, and complex shapes that hand-cutting simply cannot replicate. This precision is vital for the modular furniture we build, from hinged wardrobes to floating TV consoles.
Materials We Trust We prioritize longevity in our designs. We use 18mm Boiling Water Resistant (BWR) Plywood for structural carcasses and HDHMR (High Density High Moisture Resistance) for shutters. This combination prevents warping, a common issue in Bangalore's climate. Our edge banding is machine-pressed to ensure there are no peeling edges after a few years of daily use.
The Finishes That Define Your Space Whether you prefer the sleek look of high-gloss laminates or the sophisticated, seamless appearance of PU (Polyurethane) and Duco paint, our factory team handles the layering, sanding, and priming. This level of control allows us to mix textures—like pairing a marble-finish laminate with fluted wood louvers—without worrying about supplier inconsistencies.
