About this collection
We specifically source Rajapuri mangoes for this collection because their firm texture holds up perfectly through our 10 to 12 day sun-drying process. Unlike industrial producers who use machine-diced fruit, we hand-cut every mango to ensure the chunks retain their structure and absorb the spices evenly, giving you that authentic crunch in every bite.
Most pickles you find on shelves taste identical because they rely on mass-produced, chemically preserved ingredients. We do things differently at Homepick. When we talk about tradition, it is not just a label. It means we manually shred our mangoes for the Gujarati Chhunda and stuff the spices by hand for our Gunda Keri. We avoid industrial heat processing, which is why our mango pickles retain their natural tang and bite.
Our range spans from the sweet and jaggery-infused Gol Keri to the fiery Punjabi Mango, which hits hard with its traditional masala blend. We have stocked over 27,000 kilograms of pickles this year, all made without artificial colours or preservatives.
