Devotional and Soulful Music Performances for Prayer Ceremonies
Whether it is a traditional Mataji ni Pahedi or a serene Bhajan Sandhya, I bring heart and soul to your spiritual gatherings. Let me turn your prayerful ceremony into a deeply musical experience with my 27 STAARS team.
I always feel blessed to perform for a Mataji ni Pahedi show. This superhit performance with my band 27 STAARS was filled with devotion, as you can see from the engaged and blissful audience. Jai Mata Di.
An amazing performance by my team 27 STAARS for a Mataji Pahedi. The love from the audience, from the elders blessing me to the young child giving me a high-five, is what makes these devotional events so special.
The beautifully decorated stage for a Rupaande Maa Pahedi performance at Yogi Sabhagrah. The sacred setup with flowers and the deity's image creates the perfect atmosphere for a night of devotion.
'Aaj mere prabhu ji padhare hai'. A beautiful bhajan performed with my band on a grand outdoor stage. The serene lighting and our soulful music created a truly divine atmosphere for the evening.
My new Jain Stavan, 'Mann Mandir Ma Mahavir', set to the tune of a popular Bollywood song. I love creating new ways for people to connect with their faith through music. The full song is available on my YouTube channel.
The poster for a Bhakti Geet Spardha (devotional song competition) that I had the honor of hosting. It's a blessing to be a part of events that promote devotional music and celebrate the birth of Prabhu Mahavir.
About Devotional & Soulful Music
When I plan a devotional set, I focus heavily on the acoustics. For rituals like Mataji ni Pahedi, I prefer a setup close to the mandap where we can sit with our traditional instruments like the Tabla and Harmonium. This intimate proximity lets us feed off the energy of the rituals and keeps the atmosphere focused and prayerful, unlike a loud concert stage.
For me, singing devotional music is not just a performance, it is a way to connect. Whether you are hosting a Mataji ni Pahedi, a Jain Stavan night, or a traditional Bhajan Sandhya, the goal is always to create a space that feels calm and sacred. I often tell my clients that devotional music requires a different kind of energy compared to a wedding party. It needs to be soulful, not just loud.
My team at 27 STAARS and I understand the flow of these ceremonies. We do not just show up to sing songs; we adapt to the rituals. If it is a Ganesh Sthapan or a Kanyadaan during a wedding, we time our music to match the priest's chants and the pace of the ceremony. We use a mix of traditional percussion like the Tabla and Dholak along with the Harmonium or Keyboard to get that authentic folk sound.
I also love modernizing the experience without losing the essence. You might have heard my take on Jain Stavans where I set sacred lyrics to familiar melodies to help the younger generation connect with the words. If you have a specific devotional theme in mind or need help selecting bhajans that resonate with your family, just let me know. We handle everything from the acoustic setup to the final immersion, ensuring the music remains a background for your prayers rather than a distraction.
