My team, 27 STAARS, consists of over 20 talented individuals, including percussionists, keyboardists, guitarists, and vocalists who have been with me through thick and thin. Whether we are preparing for a new show concept like 'Dildesi.com' or gearing up for a high-octane Sangeet night, we treat every session like a family gathering.
What makes our band different is the consistency. Because we are a close-knit group that travels and stays together, our rhythm section—the drummers, dholak players, and keyboardists—know exactly how to anticipate each other's moves. This isn't a collection of hired guns thrown together for a gig; it is a dedicated troupe. We bring our own technical crew, including sound engineers, to ensure the mix is perfect for the venue, whether it is an intimate hall in Mumbai or a large-scale festival abroad.
From our rhythm section locking in a tight groove to our vocalists practicing harmonies during travel, everything we do is aimed at keeping the energy 'high and high'.
