When you visit me at the Rajouri Garden clinic, it is not just about weighing in. We sit down for a 45-minute deep-dive session to review your medical history, current lifestyle, and relationship with food, ensuring your personalized diet plan feels like it was made specifically for your daily routine.
I believe that health is personal, and there is immense value in meeting face-to-face to discuss your wellness goals. My clinic in Rajouri Garden serves as a dedicated space for those who prefer an in-person assessment over a virtual call. During your initial consultation, we go beyond basic body measurements. We review your bloodwork, discuss underlying conditions like PCOD, thyroid, or diabetes, and align your nutrition strategy with your existing medication schedules.
Whether you are looking for rapid fat loss or long-term therapeutic management, our in-clinic visits provide the accountability and clarity needed to succeed. I am open for appointments from 11 AM to 2 PM and 5 PM to 8 PM (Wednesday off).
