About More Than Dance: Fitness & Focus
We do not just jump around. Each 2-hour session starts with high-octane Bollywood moves and karate drills, but we always wind down with 15 minutes of shloka recitation and meditation. It is the perfect way to burn off that extra energy and get kids focused before they head home.
Why mix it up?
I believe kids need more than just one activity. My camps in Gujranwala Town are not about sitting still. We combine the intensity of karate, the rhythm of dance, and the balance of yoga to build an all-rounder.
Karate for Confidence
Karate is more than just kicks and punches. It is about discipline and self-defense. Especially for girls, learning basic stances early on builds incredible confidence. We teach them that the more you sweat in training, the less you bleed in combat. It changes how they carry themselves.
Yoga and Wellness
After the adrenaline rush, we need to balance the system. Our yoga modules include specific spine stretching exercises, which is crucial for kids who spend hours hunched over books or screens. We end every day with meditation and shloka learning to ground them.
Practical Info
- Location: My studio in Gujranwala Town, North Delhi.
- Setup: Air-conditioned, wooden floors for impact safety, and mirrored walls.
- Who: Boys and girls, split by age groups so everyone gets the right level of attention.
- Schedule: Mon-Fri, 2 hours daily. 4-week batches.
