About More Than Dance: Fitness & Focus

We do not just jump around. Each 2-hour session starts with high-octane Bollywood moves and karate drills, but we always wind down with 15 minutes of shloka recitation and meditation. It is the perfect way to burn off that extra energy and get kids focused before they head home.
