I host sessions across Bangalore, including at My Third Space in Indiranagar and Stepperz Studio in Sadashiva Nagar. If you prefer to train from home, my online sessions are just as high-energy. We do not do boring, repetitive drills. We focus on movement that makes you feel strong, coordinated, and energized.
