What to expect in the studio: My sessions are designed for everyone from absolute beginners to those who just want a high-energy outlet. We run 50-minute blocks that include a warm-up, intense cardio sequences set to the latest Bollywood, Tamil Kuthu, and K-pop tracks, and a cool-down to reset.
Why this format works: We use wooden sprung floors for safety, so your joints do not take the hit even if you are going all out on the dance floor. The focus is on consistency and mood rather than nailing every technical step. If you can move to a beat, you can do this.
Beyond the studio: I also host private group workshops for offices or apartment communities here in Bengaluru. If you have a group of friends or colleagues who want to shake off the stress, I bring the playlist, the energy, and the routine to you. Just bring your water bottle and a willingness to laugh at yourself when we mess up the steps. It is all about the vibe, and I promise you will leave the session feeling a lot lighter than when you arrived.
