I keep my routines simple and beginner-friendly because my goal is to make sure everyone moves comfortably. Whether we are dancing to Tamil Kuthu beats or Bollywood tracks, my classes focus on feeling the music rather than getting every step perfect.
Being a fitness trainer in Bengaluru is not just about the hours spent in the studio. It is about the rhythm I carry through the rest of my day. Whether I am teaching a high-energy cardio session or grabbing coffee with friends, my approach to wellness remains the same.
