Master the art of protecting the goal. We teach the fundamentals—shielding, tackling, and body positioning—that help you win 1v1 battles on the pitch.

"Ball ko bachana hai." Here, we demonstrate the art of shielding the ball. The key is to use your body to create distance between the opponent and the ball, keeping possession under pressure.

We make learning fun with activities like "Save Your Back." This drill teaches young defenders the importance of keeping their chest facing the attacker and not showing their back, improving their defensive stance and awareness in a game-like scenario.

A good defender needs multiple ways to win the ball. We teach three types of tackles: the block tackle to stop a shot, the slide tackle to cover ground quickly, and the toe poke to surprise an attacker and disrupt their dribble.

About Defensive Drills

If you think defense is just about chasing the ball, you are doing it wrong. We teach the 'Save Your Back' drill—it is not about running fast, it is about body positioning. You need to keep your chest facing the attacker at all times. If you show your back, you lose the 1v1 battle immediately.
