Core Decoration

Ceiling Balloons: 40-50 Standard Latex balloons (9-10 inch) attached to ceiling or walls using removable paper tape. Note: These are air-filled and do not float.
Balloon Bunches: 4-5 bunches (3 balloons each) placed on desk corners or floor.
Ribbons: Curling ribbons hanging from ceiling balloons (1.5 - 2ft drop) for volume.

Props & Signage

Standard Bunting: 1 Cardstock banner (e.g., Happy Birthday, Congratulations) strung across the partition.
Floor Elements: 10-15 loose balloons scattered for filler.

Execution Details

Colors: Choice of up to 2 standard colors (e.g., Red/White, Blue/Silver). No chrome finish.
Time: Setup takes approximately 30-45 minutes.

Balloon Arch: One (1) Standard Spiral Balloon Arch (approx. 8ft height x 6ft width).
Style: Tightly packed clusters in a spiral pattern using Standard Latex balloons (Tricolor or Festive theme).
Backdrop: Basic fabric draping on a portable T-stand (6ft x 6ft) if wall space is unavailable.

Thematic Props (Rental)

Main Cutout: One (1) Large Cutout (4ft - 5ft height) made of Sunboard or High-Density Polystyrene.
Small Props: 2-3 smaller hanging elements or cutouts suited to the theme (e.g., Kites, Stars).

Execution Details

Durability: Designed for indoor lobbies. Shine lasts 12-24 hours.
Logistics: Includes setup and next-day pickup of rental stands and cutouts.

Premium Shimmer Wall Backdrop

Backdrop Infrastructure

Shimmer Wall: A freestanding 8ft x 8ft Sequin Panel Wall (Gold, Silver, or Black) where squares move with air.
Neon Signage: One (1) LED Neon sign (Rental) mounted on the wall (e.g., Happy Birthday, Let's Party).

Premium Balloon Decor

Organic Garland: L-shaped or semi-arch garland running along two sides.
Material: Mix of Chrome (High-shine metallic), Pastel, and Confetti-filled balloons in varied sizes (5 inch to 18 inch).
Foil Accents: Inclusion of 2-3 large themed foil balloons.

Props & Furniture

Cake Plinth: One (1) Cylindrical metal or acrylic pedestal.
Lighting: 1-2 LED Par cans placed at the bottom to enhance the shimmer effect.

Execution Details

Note: All rigid props (Wall, Sign, Plinth, Lights) are on a rental basis and collected after the event.
