My Story

We started as Group Ex Fitness, all about group energy and that push you get from working out together. But too many people were just following the crowd, not really learning. So we became GEX FIT - Go Extra. Now, we dig deep into the science. We want you to know why rest matters, how your brain changes with movement, and what really works. Fitness is for everyone - school kids, athletes, folks needing rehab, anyone in Bangalore or Mangalore. No shortcuts, just truth and discipline.
