We turned our own early plant failures into a toolkit for yours. Whether it is a struggling ZZ plant or a balcony patch that just will not bloom, we are here to help you get it right.

Don't give up on a rotting ZZ plant! This video shows a step-by-step guide on how to save it by cutting the rotted part, using honey as a natural rooting agent, and repotting it for a fresh start.

Mealybugs on your creeper? Don't panic. We show you how to handle the infestation by uprooting the plant, giving it a good wash, and repotting it in fresh soil to give it a new lease on life.

Want more money plants? Propagating them from cuttings is easy. This quick guide shows you how to take cuttings and place them in water to root before planting.

Repotting can feel intimidating, but it's essential for a plant's health. Here's a simple demonstration on how to separate stalks, prepare the right potting mixture, and successfully repot your plant.

Are you bottom watering your plants? This method has many benefits, including enhanced root growth, prevention of overwatering, and reduced fungal infections. Give it a try!

One of the most basic but crucial steps before planting: make sure your pots have drain holes! Without proper drainage, water will collect at the bottom and cause root rot.

Want your chrysanthemum plant to be more full and bushy? The trick is to prune the dried flowers and stems regularly. This encourages the plant to produce new growth and more blooms.

About this collection

Most plant issues in our city come down to two things: inconsistent watering or the wrong potting mix. Before you reach for expensive chemicals, we often find the fix is hiding in your drainage holes or your sunlight mapping. We love helping you solve these mysteries because we have likely killed the same plant ourselves and learned the hard way.

Your Personal Plant Doctor

When your plants start yellowing or drooping, it is rarely a mystery. It is usually a simple case of the wrong environment or care routine. We don't believe in using harsh chemicals to fix problems. Instead, we look at the root cause.

We provide, for instance, a 60-minute virtual consultation where we jump on a video call to diagnose pests, check your humidity levels, and help you map out the light in your balcony. Often, a plant just needs a shift in location, a change in pot size, or a manual pollination tweak to spring back to life.

Why We Coach

We started Greenedeck with nothing but a few pots and a lot of trial and error. We killed more plants than we grew in those early days. That is why we offer these coaching sessions. You do not have to struggle with 'balcony basil blues' or a vine that refuses to climb. We bring our experience—the good, the bad, and the muddy—to your home in Bangalore, Mysore, or Tumkur.

How We Work Together

  • Virtual Support: Perfect for quick diagnoses. We cover pest issues, soil health, and balcony layout via Zoom or WhatsApp.
  • In-Person Visits: When your terrace garden needs a layout overhaul, we come over. We check your existing pots, map the sun, and give you a roadmap for a thriving space.
  • Workshops: If you learn better by doing, join our weekend farming retreats where we actually dig in the dirt, install drip irrigation, and learn grafting.

We are farmers at heart, whether we are on a large field or a tiny balcony. Let us show you how to enjoy that connection to the soil.

I am Nakul, and I run Greenedeck with my wife, Priyadarshini. We swapped our IT keyboards for muddy hands because we believe that every balcony, no matter how small, deserves to be a living, breathing green space. We are not here to just sell plants; we are here to help you build a relationship with them.
