Pricing Guide
Turnkey Garden Creation (Civil + Planting)
Site Preparation
Clearance of construction debris, basic ground leveling, and anti-termite treatment where required.
Civil Works & Hardscaping
Construction of planter beds using hollow concrete blocks or bricks (plastered and painted). Installation of walkways using Sadarahalli/Kadapa stone stepping stones or grass pavers.
Soil System
Supply and filling of a 4-6 inch layer of Good Earth (Red Soil) mixed with organic manure and cocopeat.
Planting & Lawn
Supply and laying of Mexican Carpet grass rolls. Plantation of hardy ornamentals including tall shrubs (Ficus, Palms), mid-layer foliage (Crotons, Aralia), and ground covers.
Supervision
On-site project management by a horticulturist.
Softscaping & Planting Renovation
Soil Conditioning
Tilling existing earth and mixing vermicompost, bone meal, and neem cake to rejuvenate fertility.
Plant Selection
Curated selection of air-purifying and ornamental plants arranged by height and sunlight requirements.
- Accents: Focal plants like Cycas palm or Dracaena.
- Fillers: Dense foliage shrubs like Cordylines and Crotons.
- Borders: Low-lying ground covers.
Plant Stock
Usage of well-settled nursery plants (polybag size 6x6 to 10x10 inches) to ensure higher survival rates.
Execution
Skilled labor for planting, finishing with basic pruning, and initial watering. (Note: Excludes masonry and automated irrigation).
