Apartment Balcony Greenery Package

Pots & Plants

10-12 Plants: Mix of low maintenance air purifying foliage (Snake Plant, Areca Palm) and seasonal flowers.
Planters: Standard 8 to 10 inch pots. Mix of breathable terracotta and durable high grade plastic (terracotta color/white).
Soil: Lightweight potting mix enriched with Vermicompost and Cocopeat.

Accessories

Vertical Stand: 1 black powder coated metal step stand to organize pots and save floor space.
Finishing: White marble chips on top soil and plastic drip trays under all pots.

Service

Installation: Transport, delivery, placement, and initial pruning by expert gardener.

Natural Grass Lawn Installation

Ground Preparation

Tilling: Digging existing soil 4 to 6 inches deep to remove debris, weeds, and stones.
Soil Treatment: Application of anti termite chemicals and mixing of Cow Dung Manure (Desi Khad) for nutrition.
Levelling: Grading the surface to prevent water logging.

Turfing

Grass Variety: Choice of Mexican Carpet Grass (soft, shade loving) or Selection No. 1 (hardy, sun loving).
Installation: Sodding method (laying grown grass slabs) for immediate green cover.
Post Care: Light rolling and first application of Urea/DAP fertilizer.

Turnkey Garden Landscaping

Softscaping

Lawn: Installation of natural grass with full ground preparation and soil treatment.
Hedges: Dense planting of Ficus Panda or Duranta to create green boundaries/partitions.
Focal Trees: Supply of semi grown specimen trees (e.g., Champa/Plumeria or Bottlebrush) for height.
Flower Beds: Dedicated zones for seasonal flowers or colorful foliage like Crotons.

Hardscaping

Pathways: Installation of sandstone or concrete pavers (stepping stones) through the lawn area.
Edging: Brick or plastic dividers to neatly separate grass from flower beds.

Execution

Service: On site layout marking, labor for planting/shifting, and disposal of nursery waste.

Why I Do This

I'm Maali Wala, and honestly, I just want to see more green in our city. Delhi mein pollution waise bhi kam nahi hai (Delhi's pollution is no joke), so even a little bit of nature helps. The idea is simple - every home deserves its own touch of green.

My process is pretty straightforward. First, I’ll chat with you to get what you want. Then I put together a design plan - what plants, layout, materials. Once you’re happy, I get to work and build it out. No fancy drama, just clean and clear work.

My Story

Namaste, hum hain Maali Wala. Naya kaam shuru kiya hai, aur honestly, bas yahi socha - itna concrete hai Delhi mein, thoda hara bhara karte hain! Balcony pe ek chota sa garden ho, ya lawn mein phool khile, uss khushi ki feeling kuch aur hi hai. Hum bas yeh choti choti khushiyan har ghar tak le jaana chahte hain. Sapna hai, poora sheher thoda sa zyada green ho jaye.
