What I Love About Styling
Every time I get to style a bride, it feels like a blessing. Bappa... tujhya aashirvadane (with Bappa’s blessings), I get to do what I love. My favourite part? Watching your confidence grow as your look comes together.
Hair is My Canvas
Hair is where I start. I’m obsessed with getting every detail right, whether you want:
- Classic Maharashtrian Khopa (bun) with gajra (jasmine) or roses
- Soft curls or big waves for a reception
- Intricate braids for South Indian or Maharashtrian styles
- Extensions for extra volume, and all sorts of accessories, from Maang Tikka to braid ornaments
Makeup & Saree Draping
I keep makeup soft glam and natural, so you still look like yourself—just a bit more glowy. I handle saree draping too, especially the Nauvari style. I know how important comfort is, so I make sure it stays put all day.
Styles I Love Creating
My heart is in the traditional Maharashtrian bridal look—the hairstyle, Nath, saree, everything. But I also enjoy:
- South Indian bridal hairstyle with flowers and temple jewellery
- North Indian and reception looks for lehengas and gowns
- Simple, elegant styles for Catholic weddings
How I Work
I’m based in Mumbai but travel for weddings, even outside India. I’ll chat with you about your outfits and events, and plan a unique look for each function. If you want a mix of traditional and modern, or just want to keep it simple, I’m here for it.
