Forests don't just grow from soil; they grow from people coming together. Join us in transforming barren land into green sanctuaries, one sapling at a time.

A wide view of the plantation drive with EXL volunteers in Greater Noida. It's inspiring to see so many people come together, each contributing to the larger goal of creating a self-sustaining urban forest.

Volunteers from EXL team up to plant a sapling at our Greater Noida site. These collaborative efforts are the foundation of our community engagement, fostering a shared sense of responsibility for our environment.

Teamwork and enthusiasm were high at the EXL plantation drive in Greater Noida. A volunteer and a team member work together, showcasing the partnership that makes our community projects successful.

A volunteer carefully pats down the soil around a newly planted sapling. This simple act is crucial for ensuring the young tree's stability and access to nutrients, giving it a strong start in life.

The site is buzzing with activity as EXL volunteers work together to plant saplings. These plantation drives are not just about planting trees, but also about building a community dedicated to environmental action.

KPMG volunteers work together to de-weed an area at our Jaunapur site. Maintenance drives are just as important as plantation drives, as they ensure the survival and healthy growth of the saplings we've already planted.

About Community in Action: Plantation & Maintenance Drives

When we run a plantation drive, it is not just about digging holes and putting plants in. We focus on soil solarization, organic manure, and 3-year survival guarantees. We teach your team how to properly mulch, weed, and stake saplings so they actually thrive long after the event ends. It is hands-on work that leaves the land better than we found it.

More Than Just a Plantation Drive

Many think planting a tree is as simple as burying a seed. If you have ever seen a patch of saplings dry up in a month, you know that is not the case. At Give Me Trees, we treat a plantation drive as a commitment to the land.

The Process We Follow

When we partner with your corporate team, school, or community group, we do not just bring the saplings. We bring the process that has helped us plant over 24 million trees:

  • Soil Preparation: We start with manual 2x2 ft pit digging and soil solarization to remove pathogens.
  • Native Selection: We only plant species like Peepal, Banyan, Neem, and Pilkhan, which are native to the local climate and require less water once established.
  • Long-Term Nurturing: We provide 3-year maintenance support. This includes regular watering, mulching with dry leaves to retain moisture, and free replacement if a sapling struggles.

Why It Matters

We see too many 'drives' that become photo ops, leaving trees to die a week later. Our approach is different. We want you to see the science of survival. Whether it is an urban forest in Noida or a rural restoration project in Pune, our local tree guards and community members monitor the health of every sapling.

We don't remove native grass because it acts as a carbon sink and keeps the soil cool. We don't use chemicals. We simply give nature the space and protection it needs to do its own job. If you are looking to do real work that makes a measurable difference in your city, come get your hands dirty with us.

I am Peepal Baba, and I believe nature doesn't need us to boss it around—it needs us to give it a chance. Through Give Me Trees, I help families, schools, and corporate teams get their hands dirty and build forests that last. We are not here for a quick photo op; we are here to grow life.
