Your team wants to make a real impact beyond the boardroom. Join us to plant native Aravali species, clear waste from our creeks, and physically restore the habitat that keeps this city breathing.

A snapshot of one of the season's biggest eco-restoration drives with over 600 employees from Genpact at Aravali Creek. The energy was incredible as thousands of native saplings went into the soil.

A collage showcasing the winding path at Aravali Creek alongside volunteers from Genpact planting saplings and holding signs for environmental action.

More scenes from our massive plantation drive with the Genpact team, showing dozens of volunteers digging, planting, and working together to reforest the area.

A collage highlighting the details of our eco-restoration drive, from a close-up of a healthy native leaf to our experts briefing the teams.

The Genpact team proudly stands with their company banner in front of a structure made from recycled plastic bottles, showcasing a commitment to both planting and waste management.

A volunteer from Bry-Air explains why our scientific approach to plantation matters. It's not just about planting a tree and feeling good; it's about ensuring its survival and the long-term health of the forest.

About this collection

We do not believe in the vanity of just planting a sapling and walking away. Our corporate sessions are hands-on, muddy, and grounded in ecological science. When your team spends a day with us, they are not just ticking a CSR box. They are learning to identify native species like Dhok and Kala Siris, understanding why we avoid invasive plants, and physically helping us build a resilient buffer for Gurgaon’s water bodies. It is hard work, but it is the kind that creates a lasting connection to the land beneath our feet.

When your company partners with us, you are contributing to the revival of our local ecosystem. We focus exclusively on Aravali-native species like Dhok, Bistendu, and Kala Siris. These plants are built for our rocky, semi-arid terrain. They do not require the constant, artificial watering that ornamental plants demand.

Our process is transparent and scientifically backed:

  • Site Preparation: We handle the difficult work, including digging pits in rocky ground, termite treatment, and soil conditioning with organic manure.
  • Expert Guidance: Our naturalists lead every session, explaining the ecology of the Aravalis, why native plants save water, and how waste impacts our local creeks.
  • 3-Year Commitment: We do not just plant and leave. Our corporate packages include a 3-year maintenance cycle, with regular tanker watering and a survival guarantee. If a sapling does not make it, we replace it.
  • Logistics & Compliance: We provide all equipment, tools, shaded seating areas, and refreshments. You also receive 80G tax exemption receipts for your contribution.

Whether you want to organize a drive at Aravali Creek, Nagar Van, or Ghata Bundh, we ensure your team walks away with dirty hands, tired muscles, and a clearer understanding of what it takes to save our city's green cover.

We are just regular folks who got tired of seeing garbage and concrete everywhere. We rolled up our sleeves to bring back the native Aravali habitat, and now we invite you to join us in this work. For us, this is about restoring the sukoon (peace) that our city desperately needs.
