Community-Led Environmental Action in Gurgaon

We are a group of regular folks turning climate anxiety into action. Whether it is plogging in the Aravallis or planting native saplings, we focus on small, joyful steps for a greener future.

This is what community in action looks like. We bring together people from all walks of life, united by a simple belief: Mera kachra, meri zimmedari (My trash, my responsibility).

We do more than just plant trees; we plant hope for a greener future. Here, our community members, including the youngest eco-warriors, get their hands muddy planting native saplings in the Aravallis.

It's not all hard work. We also take time to connect with nature on a deeper level. This photo captures a serene moment from one of our bird-watching walks, where we learn about our local feathered friends.

Seeing bags of collected kachra loaded onto a truck is one of the most satisfying parts of our cleanup drives. This is the tangible result of our collective effort to restore the beauty of our trails.

Our community is for everyone, regardless of age. It's inspiring to see members of all generations working side-by-side, proving that the desire to protect our planet has no age limit.

We believe that learning about nature should be fun. Here, one of our youngest participants enjoys making "mud noodles," getting a hands-on, sensory connection to the earth.

A day with us is a mix of purpose and play. We combine our conservation efforts with fun, zero-waste games and activities, building a strong, conscious community along the way.

This is the reality we are fighting against. Landfill fires like this one in Bandhwari are a stark reminder of why our work is so critical. Every piece of waste we segregate and divert helps prevent this.

This is how you can join us. We regularly post announcements for our events, like this "Roots for Tomorrow" plantation drive, making it easy for you to find an activity and be part of the change.

About Featured

This is not just about cleaning up or planting trees, it is about reclaiming our connection with nature. We treat every cleanup drive like a picnic and every plantation as a celebration of the Aravallis. You will not find lectures here, just a bunch of people rolling up their sleeves and getting their hands muddy for the city we call home.
